Code of Ethics

It is a requirement of each and every associate of The Claim Group Inc. that they pledge themselves to abide by the following code of ethics:

• I will hold in strict confidence any and all information acquired in my professional capacity and will not divulge it unless so authorized by my client or required by law;
• I will provide quality service and perform my duties in a professional and competent manner;
• I will serve my clients’ interests with professional services best suited to their needs in accordance with recognized industry standards;
• My conduct toward others shall be characterized by courtesy and utmost good faith in such a way as to enhance industry and public respect;
• I will remain knowledgeable, current and proficient in my vocation.
